The compliance audit is a rigorous process that includes a thorough review and test of Approach’s ISMS, which holds important employee and customer data, in adherence with the strict ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard requirements. The tests validated Approach’s effective implementation of administrative, technical, and physical security controls that assist in maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and availability of customer information, confidential data and intellectual property. The audit also ensured the effectiveness of applicable controls in Approach’s Product Development Process.
