Our Cyber Academy along the way

 

Our Cyber Academy helps you do just that, for both the more and less experienced people, and will be your ally throughout your career at Approach. 

It starts with common modules accompanying you from your first steps in our organisation and aim to familiarise you with our business, some general concepts, processes and working methods so that you quickly feel 'at home'.

Then, together with the setting of your first objectives, a preferred career path is identified and you are invited to draw up a medium-term training & certification plan. Each of us will draw up a plan in line with his/her own aspirations, his/her level of technical mastery and seniority, the desired pace of development and his/her priorities. 

For joiners with little to no experience in cyber security, we start you with a specific learning path designed to put you on track to becoming a cyber security expert. 


Your career counsellor

 

To help you with your integration and to build your career plan, you can count at any time on the support of a career counsellor in addition to the members of your team.  

Your career counsellor will listen to you and work hand in hand with you, from the onboarding stage, to develop your individual talents. 

He or she will help clarify the expectations of the role and the company, advise you on the appropriate training and certification choices but will also provide you with regular and constructive feedback to help you move forward and give the best of yourself in a trusted environment.
